Coke on more than one occasion has been flat and watery. I've alerted the. Management but on a subsequent visit there still doesn't seem to be much fizz in their coke. Also on two occasions there was no lettuce so the Big Mac was unavailable and you couldn't upgrade a quarter pounder with lettuce.

I've been loyal to McDonald's Calaca (ever since they started) because I'm very satisfied with everything. Delicious food, friendly staff, clean/organized, and especially the drivers since I order a lot (McDo delivery), they greet me with the sweetest smile, and after handing my order, they'll simply say "eat well po" or "enjoy ma'am" which I appreciate a lot. It shows that even after all those long rides, hot weather, or being already late at night, they can still put a smile on their face and spread positivity even when they're tired. It's rare for delivery drivers to act like this, kaya saludo po ako sa inyong lahat! :)) (also the staff that make and arrange all orders ^^) The reason why I gave 4 stars is because whenever I order something and what I ordered isn't available, either I'll remove the item that isn't available or I'll change my order (which is okay, I understand), and when I do, they don't apply my PWD card anymore. Which is making me sad because I could've saved some money. I hope it could be fixed; all over, the service is great.
